[Working Session] Cross-Functional Collaboration, 30 minutes

You’ll meet with a leader from our insurance operations team to discuss your approach to solving challenges between teams. We’re looking to see how you navigate cross-functional complexity, balance client needs with operational realities, and approach collaboration in practice.

[Working Session] CX Strategy & Systems, 45 minutes

In this interview, you’ll spend part of the interview understanding how you’d approach a difficult client situation (including some time role-playing your interaction), and then problem solve how you’d turn those insights into systems you’d like to build for the team.
